The SBX co-pilot transforms research design and planning within market research. Users can now create a detailed brief in just 20 minutes, a task that once took two weeks. Co-pilot 1.0 was deemed a revenue bottleneck so our roadmap made the SBX co-pilot 2.0 more accessible and saw an incease in revenue of 24%. This intelligent assistant enables non-experts to conduct high-quality research independently, enhancing efficiency and reducing dependence on strategists. With instant feedback on feasibility, costs, and timelines, we've made research more accessible, increasing credit burn while decreasing customer churn.

The LLM is designed to go beyond superficial answers, uncovering what truly drives consumer responses. SBX conversations mimic one-on-one, in-depth interviews to enhance engagement from survey participants. As a result, we ensure the highest quality, exceeding industry benchmarks in user experience with drop-off rates 75% lower, and in data quality with rejection rates 33% lower. Our average word count is also 10 times the industry standard, reflecting deeper, more insightful responses.
